Job summary

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT at Alliance Healthcare Management Services (Nederland) BV will provide high-quality end-user support and shape the roadmap of software applications. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in technical business analysis, technical product management, solution design, or a related field; strong on business requirements analysis.
Experience contributing across multiple teams or projects.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional specifications.
Align with stakeholders on short- and long-term priorities and collaborate with IT colleagues on plans.
Collaborate with IT locally and internationally to develop project plans for functionality delivery.
Ensure IT processes are followed and escalate issues when necessary.
Communicate with stakeholders via Office 365, ITSM tools, Jira, and other channels.
Configure software applications based on user requirements with focus on security and privacy.
Provide technical support, document solutions, and advise on improvements and upgrades.
Manage small projects to ensure timely delivery and governance.
Advise on changes to optimize business processes and participate in renewal initiatives.
