Huxley is seeking a Sr. Technical Business Product Analyst to join a dynamic product team working on critical operational and integration-driven solutions within an international environment.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, development teams, external stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure delivery and adoption of new capabilities. This role combines business and technical analysis, stakeholder management, testing coordination, and product support across multiple countries.

Qualificações

• Senior-level business product analyst experience.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Expertise with Agile Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on with end-to-end testing and test scenario creation.
• Experience supporting international roll-outs and implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements and event-driven system behavior into clear integration requirements.
• Perform requirement analysis and elaborate MVPs into features, epics, and user stories.
• Create functional specifications and support development teams throughout delivery.
• Support international business implementations and roll-outs across operational locations.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple countries and external organizations.
• Define and document end-to-end test scenarios covering both functional and technical flows.
• Assist Product Owner with external stakeholder reporting and incident communication.
• Help define, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution activities.
• Work within an Agile Scrum environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and event-driven system behavior into clear integration requirements.
• Perform requirement analysis and elaborate MVPs into features, epics, and user stories.
• Create functional specifications and support development teams throughout delivery.
• Support international business implementations and roll-outs across operational locations.
• Manage stakeholders across multiple countries and external organizations.
• Define and document end-to-end test scenarios covering both functional and technical flows.
• Support operational mailbox activities and communication with station managers.
• Assist the Product Owner with external stakeholder reporting, incident reporting, and communication.
• Help define, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution activities.
• Work within an Agile Scrum environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong technical background, preferably in:
