Job summary

Sendcloud is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to automate financial processes across carrier invoice control, pricing, and analytics. You will build Python-based tools, translate transactional data into decisions, and drive improvements in financial operations.

This role sits in the Business Control team, shaping how data informs pricing strategy and performance. You’ll work with Python and SQL, with 1–3 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with programming and/or database querying (Python, SQL).
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Automate financial processes across carrier invoice control, pricing, and advanced analytics — turning manual checks into reliable, scalable systems.
• Sit at the heart of the Business Control team, translating transactional data into decisions that shape carrier performance and pricing strategy.
• Build and maintain the Python-based tools that keep financial controls running without manual intervention.
• Proactively surface improvement opportunities in the data and define priorities.
