Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions, supporting system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ensuring the stability and performance of the Maximo environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of IBM Maximo Application Suite solutions.
• Support Maximo implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Maximo environment.
• Support data migration activities and system integrations.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in IBM Maximo development and technical architecture.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Strong programming experience in Java, XML, and SQL.
• Experience with IBM Maximo implementations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Experience developing reports using BIRT and BI Publisher.
• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting data migration activities.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maximo Anywhere or Maximo Mobile.
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted environments such as IBM MAS, AWS, or Azure.
• IBM Maximo Application Suite Deployment Professional certification is an advantage.
• Experience within the Utilities industry is preferred.
