Job summary

Nebius B.V. is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team in Amsterdam.

You will negotiate and draft complex technology contracts and serve as a trusted partner to product, sales, and engineering teams while balancing business objectives with risk management. You will lead negotiations with customers, vendors, and strategic partners, translating legal concepts into actionable guidance and driving time-to-close.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in commercial law, focusing on technology transactions.
• Minimum 3 years in-house at an international high-tech company.
• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial contracts with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT agreements including SaaS, IaaS, and HWaaS.
• Lead contract negotiations independently with customers and partners.
• Provide practical legal advice enabling strategic goals while managing risk.
• Structure and negotiate partnership and collaboration agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal execution.
