Job summary

Resolvo Engineering B.V. in Rotterdam is seeking a Sales Consultant to act as the link between technical companies and engineers. You will own a 360-degree commercial role, generating new business, recruiting candidates, and matching the right people to the right client relationships.

You’ll start with a base salary of €3,000 gross per month, with an uncapped commission scheme and ample opportunities for career growth in a high-energy, technically focused environment.

Strong communication skills and commercial acumen are essential.

Responsibilities

Actively sourcing and approaching technical professionals.
Qualifying and analyzing technical professionals.
Approaching potential clients and maintaining relationships.
Matching clients with suitable candidates.
Understanding client needs and guiding the hiring process.
Advising both client and candidate throughout recruitment.
