• Minimum 5 years of experience managing resources (20+ FTE) in a tech/digital or e-commerce environment.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Leadership/Support roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with leadership teams.
