Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in ML systems from development to production.
• Expertise in large language models or multimodal models and related areas.
• Experience across ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of Generative AI capabilities from experimentation to production.
• Build systems with LLMs, multimodal models, agents, retrieval, embeddings, and learning from feedback.
• Make architectural decisions across data, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with researchers/engineers to translate research into scalable production capabilities.
• Drive quality, latency, cost, and reliability improvements in production systems.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to strong engineering practices.
