Job summary

ICT Group, Eindhoven, is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead for Linux and VDI infrastructure. You design, manage and optimize RHEL workstations and the virtual desktop environment, and you automate provisioning and imaging processes.

You will monitor capacity, ensure security, lead technical decisions, and collaborate with integrators, developers and architects across multiple stakeholder groups. Fluency in English is required, Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in a software related subject.
Proven leadership as Tech Lead, DevOps Lead, PL or PO.
Strong English in speech and writing.
Residence in the Eindhoven region.

Responsibilities

Design, manage and optimize Linux (RHEL) workstations and VDI.
Automate provisioning of VDI and workstations.
Manage golden images, including DLP and policies.
Monitor capacity and performance of the VDI environment (VMware, Citrix).
Set up and improve monitoring, observability and log analysis (Splunk, Grafana).
Improve secure remote access, remediate vulnerabilities and patch management (Zscaler).
Troubleshoot complex issues and determine root cause.
Provide technical leadership and guide the team on content and decisions.
Collaborate with integrators, developers, architects and stakeholders.
