Job summary

ICT Group, Eindhoven, is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead for Linux and VDI infrastructure. You design, manage and optimize RHEL workstations and the virtual desktop environment, and you automate provisioning and imaging processes.

You will monitor capacity, ensure security, lead technical decisions, and collaborate with integrators, developers and architects across multiple stakeholder groups. Fluency in English is required, Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a software related subject.
• Proven leadership as Tech Lead, DevOps Lead, PL or PO.
• Strong English in speech and writing.
• Residence in the Eindhoven region.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage and optimize Linux (RHEL) workstations and VDI.

• Provide technical leadership and guide the team on content and decisions.

• Citrix SDS (Secure Desktop Services) and Citrix DaaS / Virtual Apps & Desktops
• VDI capacity and performance engineering (VMware, Citrix)
• Monitoring, observability and log analysis (Splunk, Grafana)
• Secure remote access, vulnerability remediation and patch management (Zscaler)
• AD integration and DNS
• PKI and certificates
• At least a Bachelor degree in a software related subject.
• Proven experience as Tech Lead, DevOps Lead, Project Lead (PL) or Product Owner (PO)
• You can clearly explain your technical specialty and actively contribute to discussions.
• You communicate well and bring others along, also in an environment with many stakeholders.
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.

Technical skills:

• Configuration Management & Automation: Ansible
• Excellent skills in at least the English language and preferably in Dutch.
• You live in the Eindhoven region.
