Job summary

ING is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead for Agentic Product Delivery to guide multidisciplinary teams in designing, building, and scaling AI-powered products. You will drive the technical delivery, set engineering standards, and create reusable capabilities to accelerate adoption of Agentic AI across ING's geography and domains.

You will shape ING's Agentic AI strategy, collaborate with BizDevOps context, and contribute to intelligent banking capabilities that automate and augment key business

As Tech Lead for Agentic Product Delivery, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams that transform business opportunities into production-ready AI-powered products. You will drive the technical delivery of agentic solutions, establish engineering standards, and build reusable capabilities that enable ING to rapidly scale Agentic AI across countries, business domains, and customer journeys.

The team

You will be part of the Agentic Products Delivery organization within Data & Analytics.

The team is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end agentic products that automate, augment, and optimize business processes across ING. We focus on building scalable products rather than one-off solutions, leveraging reusable platforms, common orchestration patterns, and shared AI capabilities.

Working in a BizDevOps environment, we take end-to-end
