Responsibilities

• Handle telephone customer support for technical products, orders, deliveries and complaints, ensuring customers feel heard.
• Think solution-oriented, asking questions and offering appropriate remedies so customers can continue their projects.
• Record customer contacts and process orders, keeping customer data up to date for accurate systems.
• Coordinate with engineers and product specialists to provide clear, timely answers to complex questions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to resolve inquiries efficiently and per agreed timelines.
