Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Graduate FP&A Analyst to join the Financial Planning & Cost Controlling team in Sevenum. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, gaining hands-on experience across planning, month-end close, and performance analysis.

This role offers exposure to automation, AI-driven reporting, and collaboration with experienced Business Controllers to drive data-driven decision making within a fast-growing international company.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early career professional in finance or analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with BI tools and basic programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare monthly analyses, variance explanations, and management presentations.
• Support month-end closing and accuracy checks across reporting.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses, business cases, and scenario planning.
• Help streamline processes through automation and AI-driven reporting.
