The role offers hands-on experience across the FP&A lifecycle, exposure to AI-enhanced reporting and automation, and a foundation for a career in international finance within a fast-growing company. Fluent English required; German a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in financial planning, data analytics and digital technologies.
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare analyses, performance reports and management presentations.
• Perform actual vs budget/forecast analyses and investigate variances.
• Assist in ad hoc analyses, business cases and scenarios.
• Support month-end closing, data validation and KPI dashboards.
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven reporting and process improvement.
