Job summary

SHOT in Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible team leader to help guide the café crew and support daily operations. You’ll work closely with the owners to ensure shifts run smoothly and maintain the high standards SHOT is known for.

You’ll lead by example with a hands-on approach, inspiring a positive, energetic team, and delivering exceptional service, quality drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
