APS Personeel zoekt een Teamleader Operations voor twee ploegen in een high-tech productieomgeving. Je stuurt circa 30 professionals aan, optimaliseert prestaties en leidt continue verbeteringen op de werkvloer.

Het salaris bedraagt bruto €3.500,- tot €4.900,- per maand en biedt ruime kansen voor professionele ontwikkeling. Als Teamleader Operations geef je coaching, rapporteer je aan het management en organiseer je middelen zoals personeel, machines en materialen.

Qualifikationen

• Minimaal 4+ jaar leidinggevende ervaring in productieomgeving.
• MBO+ niveau technisch of industrieel gebouwd.
• Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten: inspireren, begeleiden en managen.

Aufgaben

• Motiveren en inspireren van het team om productiedoelstellingen te halen.
• Output bewaken en tijdig bijsturen om dagelijkse doelen te bereiken.
• Toezicht houden op dagelijkse afdelingen en rapporteren aan management.
• Strategisch inzetten van personeel, machines en materialen.
• Coaching en ontwikkeling via training en evaluaties.
• Mogelijkheid om eigen team op te bouwen en deel te nemen aan sollicitatiegesprekken.
• Zorgen voor hoge kwaliteit en leiden van verbeterinitiatieven.
• Volgen van de 5S-standaarden.

Your responsibilities as Teamleader Operations:

• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve production targets
• Monitor output and make timely adjustments to meet daily goals
• Oversee daily departmental operations and report to management
• Strategically manage resources: personnel, machinery, and materials
• Provide coaching and development through training and performance review

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment
• Education at mbo+ level in Technical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent by experience)

As a Teamleader Operations, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of € 3.500,- up to € 4.900,- which includes:

• Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00
