Here at Fashion Cloud, we transform the fashion industry and support our customers through our solid base of software products. We are looking for a Team Lead Data Integrations Manager to guide our DIM team and contribute hands-on to some of the most complex and exciting data challenges we have.

What it's about

We are changing the fashion wholesale industry with innovative products that our customers love. As a platform, we connect brands and retailers to receive and send flawless data — and our Data Integrations Team makes that happen.

As Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of 7 team members who ensure the daily operations of our data import pipelines. You will spend about half your time guiding and coaching the team, helping individuals grow, and stepping in when situations get complicated or risky. The other half of your time will be hands-on with the work: supporting high-stakes projects, onboarding new team members, or handling difficult customer setups yourself.

You’ll be a strong partner for product managers, account managers, and engineers — all working together to ensure a smooth data flow and better service for our customers.

In your day to day work you’ll:

1. Lead, coach, and support the DIM team through 1:1s, check-ins, feedback, and performance development
2. Tackle complex and sensitive data integration cases when a senior hand is needed
3. Onboard new brands: understand their architecture and map it to our data model
4. Work with stakeholders on internal process improvements, team setup, and onboarding new team members
5. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve tooling and data workflows
6. Manage and prioritize incoming requests and projects to ensure we deliver results with quality
7. Set the tone: foster a strong team spirit, encourage learning, and help people feel safe and supported

What you need to bring with you:

1. 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing, technical or operational project roles
2. A background in data-related projects: ETL, data quality, large-scale data transformations, or e-commerce feeds
3. Experience with Data Wrangling and its tools and applications, think of course Excel, Regex, queries in either SQL or MongoDB or both.
4. Experience leading or coaching a team — ideally in a dynamic, high-paced environment
5. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
6. A hands-on mentality and pragmatic mindset — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
7. You enjoy mentoring others and can spot when someone needs support (or a challenge!)
8. Curiosity and technical interest: you love understanding how data flows and how to make it better
9. A proactive, positive attitude and a healthy dose of humor
