Job summary

OTTO Work Force in Tilburg area is seeking a Team Leader Flex to bridge our client and international employees on site. You’ll drive daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth shift coverage.

Role emphasizes leadership, onboarding support, and proactive problem solving within an international team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to coach teams.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for client and employees on site.
• Monitor attendance and support onboarding.
• Lead, coach and support employees in daily work.
• Register absenteeism and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Coordinate with client, follow up on agreements, ensure execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Contribute to daily operational processes.
• Complete related administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Job description

As a Team Leader Flex, you are the key link between the client and our international employees. You are responsible for the daily operational processes on the work floor and for supporting and guiding our employees.

In addition to managing and scheduling international employees, you actively participate in daily operations and are an integral part of the client's team.

The right combination of enthusiasm, courage, and perseverance will make you successful in this role.

What will you do?

• Act as the first point of contact for both the client and our employees on site.
• Monitor employee attendance and support new employees during their onboarding process.
• Lead, coach, and support employees in their daily work.
• Register absenteeism, process planning changes, and provide clear feedback to the OnSite Specialist or Account Manager.
• Communicate with clients, follow up on agreements, and ensure proper execution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
• Contribute actively to daily operational processes.
• Ensure all related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
• Good command of the English language.

• A flexible, customer-oriented mindset with strong commercial and organizational skills.
