Job summary

Orion Engineering in the Netherlands is seeking a Team Lead Production Support to coordinate daily activities in a technical production and support environment. You will ensure smooth operations, solve technical challenges, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and team results.

You will work closely with engineers and production teams to resolve issues and optimize workflows, coach and develop team members, and foster a positive, results-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Leadership or coordinating experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
