Job summary

Trinamics is seeking a Project Lead Logistics to drive complex improvement projects in Logistics Operations. You will lead cross-functional teams and apply logistics engineering expertise to design lasting solutions. This role focuses on SAP EWM, warehouse automation, and LEAN improvements, with exposure to ASRS.

English fluency required; Dutch is a plus. You will report to the Group Lead Logistics Projects and play a key role in a fast-paced international environment within a leading high-tech

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project lead experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
• Experience designing and implementing logistics processes and warehouse solutions.
• Experience with Lean methods and change management.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

What you’ll do

As Project Lead Logistics, you lead complex improvement projects within Logistics Operations and report to the Group Lead Logistics Projects. You combine project leadership with logistics engineering expertise to design and implement lasting solutions.

• Lead logistics improvement projects from initiation through implementation and handover
• Lead cross-functional project teams and align stakeholders across Logistics Operations and related departments
• Design, implement and standardize logistics processes and systems
• Manage scope, resources, planning, risks and deliverables
• Analyze operational processes and turn improvement opportunities into measurable results
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methods
• Support the implementation and optimization of SAP EWM and warehouse automation, including ASRS
• Represent Logistics Operations in cross-functional projects, taking ownership and making clear decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Logistics
• At least five years of experience as a Project Lead in a logistics or warehouse environment
• A proven track record of delivering logistics improvement projects
• Experience as a Logistics Engineer
• Experience designing and implementing logistics processes and warehouse solutions
• Experience with Lean methods and change management
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
• Nice to have: SAP knowledge (preferably SAP EWM), experience with ASRS and MTM time studies
