Job summary

DEPT® in Germany seeks a Team Lead - Project Management (d/f/m) to lead complex online and e‑commerce projects, ensuring milestones, budgets and high‑quality deliverables across cross‑functional teams.

You will manage the full project lifecycle from proposal to reporting, act as the main interface between clients and internal/external teams, lead interdisciplinary teams across locations, and apply risk, stakeholder and cost controls with a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing agency role or corporate consulting.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in the technical implementation of digital/e-commerce projects.
• Experience in (multi-)project management and agile methods/tools (Asana or Jira).
• Skilled in creating cost overviews and offers.
• Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
• Work independently with high quality and responsibility.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement complex online and e-commerce projects, monitoring milestones.
• Manage the full project from offer prep to control of key figures to deliver on time and in budget.
• Serve as central interface between internal and external stakeholders and teams.
• Advise and support clients with a proactive manner.
• Apply stakeholder, risk, controlling and reporting practices.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across locations with regular collaboration.
