Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Waalwijk is seeking a Team Coordinator to steer the warehouse floor with a hands-on leadership style. You will lead a team of Operators and Flex workers, handle daily tasks, and collaborate with the Team Leader on process improvements.

You’ll work a day shift from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., coordinate efforts, ensure timely task execution, and report progress while supporting a dynamic multi-client environment.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the workfloor, stand strong and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. A flexible mindset sets the tone for your day. You will be in close contact with the Team Leader for coordination and guidance.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

As a Team Coordinator you will work from our multi-client warehouse in Waalwijk, where you will be part of a team of 20 to 30 colleagues and work closely with, among others, your fellow Team Coordinator. You will work a day shift from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

On top of that:

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor;
• You ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process;
• You share information and, in consultation with your Team Leader, take the initiative to implement process improvements;
• You report on work progress to your Team Leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You master the English language verbally and in writing;
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having your own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available to work full‑time.
