Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in finance operations and/or accounting.
• Solid understanding of multiple project management methodologies.
• Proficient in change management.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for Tax Compliance.
• Deliver multiple projects with both Finance and IT teams.
• Track and report project progress and manage risks.
• Create clear project plans and collaborate across teams.
• Set up a Tax Operations team in Finance.
