Job summary

Omoda & Jaecoo Nederland in Amsterdam is seeking a detail-oriented Tax Assistant to join the team. This role will coordinate and execute daily tax filings, prepare monthly tax reports, and liaise between headquarters and external tax advisory firms.

You will support the company’s tax compliance operations, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion of tax matters, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and coordination across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Experience in tax-related activities or VAT compliance preferred.
• Understanding of tax regulations and reporting procedures.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily tax filing tasks and coordinate with external tax advisors for timely submissions.
• Prepare and issue monthly tax reports with complete and timely data.
• Review invoices for tax accuracy and resolve related discrepancies.
• Support basic tax operation training to improve internal compliance.
• Liaise with headquarters and compile tax materials as required.
