Job summary

Terramira is seeking a Talent & Culture Specialist in the Netherlands to lead recruitment, onboarding and learning initiatives. You will shape our people strategy and act as ambassador of growth, connecting people to our mission and culture.

You will work with our People & Culture team, manage multiple vacancies, strengthen our employer brand on LinkedIn and drive a unified onboarding journey that fosters belonging and development across teams.

Qualifications

• HBO working and thinking level is required.
• Dutch language proficiency at professional level (C1) is needed.
• Approximately 2–5 years’ experience in recruitment and/or HR.
• Strong belief in culture, collaboration and people development.

Responsibilities

• Translate recruitment needs into clear job descriptions and appealing job ads.
• Guide hiring managers through structured, fair, people‑oriented recruitment processes.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Strengthen employer brand through website, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Design and coordinate a unified onboarding journey for all new colleagues.
• Coordinate learning & development initiatives across the organisation.
• Align training needs with growth, team goals and priorities.
