Job summary

Ritchie Bros. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator in Breda, the Netherlands, to support end-to-end recruitment. You will handle requisitions, offers, system administration, and reporting, partnering with TA Specialists and HR partners to drive consistency and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years in a coordinator role for Talent Acquisition, fluency in English and Dutch, and a degree at least at MBO 4 level. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are available within a global team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Coordinator role supporting Talent Acquisition/Recruiters.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Preferable bachelor degree or MBO 4 level.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure requisitions are accurate, compliant with policies and workforce plans.
• Manage requisition approvals and assign to the appropriate TA Specialist.
• Coordinate job offers and contractor-to-employee conversions with stakeholders.
• Generate and document recruitment reports to identify trends and insights.
• Maintain data integrity across Oracle HCM and other HR systems.
