Job summary

Independent Recruiters Groep BV is recruiting a Systems Engineer (TEMP) to spearhead the V-model integration for a next-generation die-bonding machine platform. You will drive from module development to a working prototype in a high-volume semiconductor environment.

The role requires mastering system integration, managing interfaces, and coordinating with suppliers and partners to resolve issues early. A Master’s degree in a related field and several years of integration experience are expected.

• Senior systems engineer with depth, structure and pragmatism.
• Strong ability to align people, interfaces and decisions.
• Experience in complex systems under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive V-model integration from module manufacture to integrated prototype.
• Translate requirements into practical integration approach and testing.
• Safeguard interfaces across mechanics, electronics, software and process.
• Coordinate with partners on deliverables, interfaces and planning.
• Provide hands-on integration support on prototypes at the machine.
• Manage dependencies, risks and technical maturity for validation.
