Middle Point B.V. is seeking a Systems Requirements Engineer to contribute to advanced naval shipbuilding projects in Vlissingen, the Netherlands.

You will focus on requirements management, traceability and verification, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure complex naval systems meet customer and project requirements. Responsibilities include collecting customer requirements with IBM DOORS, setting baselines, deriving clear specs, ensuring traceability, and supporting verification

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering and Requirements Management principles.
• Experience in analysing, structuring and managing technical requirements.
• Familiarity with IBM DOORS or any other requirements management tools.
• Understanding of requirements traceability and verification processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent English; German is beneficial and Dutch is a plus.
• EU citizenship required due to naval defence projects.

We are looking for a Systems Requirements Engineer to contribute to advanced naval shipbuilding projects in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. • Analyse, group and break down requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Make sure requirements are clear, consistent and measurable, and help resolve conflicting requirements.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and documented.
• Prepare and structure requirements for internal engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor the development process and report on the status of requirements to project stakeholders.
• Support system verification activities and collect evidence that requirements have been met.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering and Requirements Management principles.
• Experience in analysing, structuring and managing technical requirements.
