The role requires 0–4 years in Finance Operations, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and proficiency in Workday, MS Office, and Google apps. Strong communication in English and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 0-4 years of experience in Finance Operations.
• Knowledge of Global Finance Operations practices (Quote to Cash, Source to Pay, Project to Result).
• Proficient in ERP (preferably Workday), MS Suite and Google Suite.
• Team player with interpersonal skills and strong communication in English.
• Problem solving and prioritisation abilities.
• Good data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Book supplier invoices/credit notes in the system.
• Jira ticket management within turnaround time for assigned entities.
• Ensure supplier requests are answered timely.
• Ensure supplier payments are created timely.
• Run Aging Payables Report & Account Certification on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with Senior Support Specialist on Match Exception/Invoice Verification.
• Collaborate with Governance Lead -P2P on SOPs/Procedures.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Support Team Lead - P2P with rollout projects.
