Just Eat Takeaway.com in Amsterdam is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with Swiss market experience to join our Global Finance Operations. You will manage AP/P2P tasks for one or more entities, including invoice bookings, payments, and aging reports, while supporting RTR accountants and senior management.

The role emphasizes accuracy, pace, and cross-functional collaboration, with ERP proficiency (Workday), MS Office, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Self-starter and organised.
• University degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 0-4 years of experience and understanding of Finance Operations.
• Understanding of Global Finance Operations practices and relevant functional areas.
• Proficient in ERP (preferably Workday), MS Suite, and Google suite.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills, proficient in the English language.
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritise.
• Good data analytics skills set.

Responsibilities

• Book supplier invoices/credit notes in the system.
• Jira ticket management within turnaround time for the assigned entities (business requests).
• Ensure suppliers' requests are answered on a timely basis.
• Ensure supplier payments are created on a timely basis.
• Run the Aging Payables Report & Account Certification on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with the Senior Support Specialist on Match Exception/Invoice Verification.
• Collaborate with Governance Lead -P2P on SOPs/Procedure.
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Collaborate and support the Team Lead - P2P with rollout projects/others.
