Job summary

Hunkemöller Deutschland GmbH is seeking a hands-on technical specialist to oversee swimwear and beachwear development from concept to production. You will translate creative concepts into precise technical requirements, supervise fit sessions, and collaborate with Design and suppliers to ensure quality, function and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes fabric selection, construction methods, sampling reviews, and accurate technical documentation in PLM to keep products aligned with brand

Qualifications

Degree in contour fashion, clothing or quality control.
1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar function.
Good knowledge of English (spoken & written).
MS-Office proficiency and basic PLM system knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise across swimwear and beachwear from concept to production.
Translate design concepts into technical requirements and support fit reviews.
Conduct fit and product reviews and identify issues with suppliers to refine products.
Record technical comments, measurements, and images in PLM and manage approvals from sample to production.
Ensure fabrics, trims and components meet quality and performance standards.
Support testing, wear testing, and compliance with EU requirements where applicable.
