Job summary

Hunkemöller Deutschland GmbH is seeking a hands-on Technical Specialist for accessories, collaborating with Design from concept to production to ensure fit, comfort, function, quality and performance.

You will translate creative concepts into technical requirements, manage samples through pre-production and production, and uphold PLM specifications while driving quality and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/HBO degree in fashion, clothing or quality control.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar function.
• Good knowledge of English (spoken & written).
• Proficient in MS Office and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy meetings with technical updates and development opportunities.
• Translate designs into clear technical information to support development.
• Conduct fit and product reviews, assess comfort and function.
• Record technical comments, measurements and images in PLM.
• Manage sealing and approval from first sample through production.
• Perform QC checks and ensure materials meet defined standards.
