Job summary

• 7+ years in program management roles or related sustainability experience.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into actionable plans.
• Experience collaborating with procurement, supply chain, legal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement human rights, deforestation-free and animal welfare sourcing strategies.
• Define Livelihoods strategy with metrics, aligning with regenerative agriculture and living wage goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed human rights and livelihoods into decisions.
• Support risk mitigation actions and salient risk plans across zones.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enable traceability of high-risk commodities.
• Develop reporting processes to track KPI progress and deforestation commitments.
• Navigate complex legislation to enable social and environmental impact across the value chain.
• Build relationships with NGOs, suppliers and industry bodies to stay informed.
• Provide training on responsible sourcing to suppliers and internal teams.
