Your work will contribute to how COFRA and its businesses create positive impact for people, society and the planet.

Your Work May Include

You will work mainly with the Sustainable Impact team, while also having opportunities to connect with colleagues from other teams such as Data & Analytics, Strategy, Risk Management and COFRA's different businesses.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with both research and data, and is comfortable exploring topics that are still developing. You do not need to know everything already - but you should be curious, proactive and motivated to build your knowledge.

Requirements

  • Available for a minimum of 6 months; full-time availability is preferred
  • Eligible to undertake an internship in the Netherlands for the duration of the internship. Please note that candidates must have the appropriate work authorisation and/or visa status required to complete the internship.
  • We believe the best ideas come from people connecting in person, which is why we value human interaction and require employees to work from the office at least three days per week.
What Will Help You Thrive In This Role
  • A genuine interest in sustainability, climate change, nature and biodiversity, responsible AI and sustainable business
  • An affinity for research, data analysis and working with complex or ambiguous information

  • Curiosity about how Artificial Intelligence can be applied responsibly and effectively in a sustainability context
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
