Job summary

COFRA Holding AG is offering a Sustainable Impact internship in Amsterdam. You will join the Sustainable Impact team to support research and data analysis across climate, biodiversity, human rights, and responsible AI, gaining hands-on experience in embedding sustainability into business decisions.

The role requires a Master's student, fluency in English, strong Office skills, and a commitment of at least six months with three days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Master's programme.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months; full-time availability is preferred.
• Eligible to undertake an internship in the Netherlands for the duration of the internship.
• Must be able to work from the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sustainable Impact team across climate, nature, biodiversity, human rights, responsible AI and related initiatives.
• Assist with research, data collection and analysis to inform sustainability decisions.
• Translate research insights into clear summaries and practical outputs for the team.
• Engage with colleagues across Data & Analytics, Strategy and Risk Management.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and community activities within COFRA.
• Assist in monitoring upcoming sustainability regulation and best practices.
