Job summary

Cefetra Group is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to drive day-to-day projects within the Tracomex Group. You will implement EUDR/PPWR regulations, ensure supplier/customer and standard compliance (ISCC/RSPO), and write procedures for internal and external adherence.

You’ll translate complex rules into actionable steps and engage stakeholders to embed sustainable practices across supply chains. You’ll need a sustainability degree, strong project experience, IT savviness with Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Degree in sustainability.
• Knowledge or interest in the AGri-sector and project management experience.
• Educational background equivalent to a bachelor’s or master’s in business, economics or comparable.
• IT savvy with MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to drive change.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of ISCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sustainability projects within Tracomex Group.
• Oversee and implement governmental regulation (e.g. EUDR and PPWR).
• Check compliance with suppliers and customers and ensure standards alignment (ISCC, RSPO, etc.).
• Write/update procedures and ensure internal/external adherence.
• Translate regulatory texts into tangible actions and persuade teams to implement.
