Job summary

Tracomex Group within Cefetra Group is seeking a sustainability coordinator to manage day-to-day projects and ensure regulatory compliance for suppliers and customers across our operations. You will translate complex standards into actionable processes and work with stakeholders to implement improvements.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, self-starter attitude, and the ability to translate regulatory text into tangible actions within our supply chains.

Qualifications

• Degree in sustainability or equivalent.
• Knowledge/interest in agri-sector and sustainability experience preferred.
• Educational background equivalent to bachelor’s or master’s in business/economics.
• IT-savvy with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus.
• Excellent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sustainability projects within Tracomex Group.
• Oversee and implement regulatory requirements (e.g. EUDR, PPWR).
• Check compliance with suppliers and customers and ensure standards are followed.
