Job summary

The Cefetra Group is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to support the Tracomex Group within our organization. You will coordinate day-to-day sustainability projects, oversee regulatory implementation such as EUDR and PPWR, and ensure compliance with diverse standards like ISCC and RSPO across our supply chains.

You will collaborate with the Cefetra Sustainability team, write procedures, and translate complex regulations into concrete actions for internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in sustainability is required.
• Interest/knowledge in the agri-sector and passion for sustainability; experience in project management.
• Educational background equivalent to a bachelor’s or master’s in business, economics or comparable.
• IT-savvy with strong experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI a plus).
• Strong ability to connect stakeholders, build relationships and move projects forward.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of ISCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sustainability projects within Tracomex Group.
• Oversee and implement governmental regulations (e.g. EUDR, PPWR).
• Ensure compliance with suppliers and customers and sustainability standards (ISCC, RSPO, etc.).
• Draft/update procedures and ensure internal and external adherence.
