Job summary

Danone NL is seeking a Sustainability Intern to join the General Secretary team in the Netherlands, supporting the BeNeLux sustainability agenda across categories.

You will collaborate with Sustainability and HR on reporting, trainings, and communications, and help activate Food Circles with B Lab to raise awareness in the Netherlands and Belgium. The role offers hybrid working and a monthly internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's/Master's student during the whole internship period.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number (Dutch residency for non-EU).
• Non-EU citizens must provide a 3-party internship agreement signed by university.
• Start January or February 2027 for 5–6 months, 4–5 days per week.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Available to work from Rijswijk/Hoofddorp/Utrecht office at least 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability teams to raise internal awareness of the roadmap.
• Organize learning sessions and trainings for teams and build our Sustainability Library.
• Act as ambassador for the sustainability agenda and run thematic events.
• Assist on the annual packaging reporting campaign.
• Support HR and Sustainability on internal human rights audits.
