Job summary

Danone NL in Hoofddorp is seeking a BENELUX Indirect Procurement Intern starting December/January 2026. You will join the Benelux procurement team and work on HR and marketing procurement projects while developing data-driven insights.

As a Bachelor or Master student, you will balance multiple stakeholder interests, use SAP and orchestration tools, and meet requirements about residency and location. The internship offers a 650 EUR monthly gross allowance, hybrid work, travel card, and career

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's/Master's student during the whole internship period.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Available to start December/January for 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Able to work from Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.

• Support procurement projects in HR & marketing categories.
• Perform spend and scope analysis, gather requirements, tender, and stakeholder alignment.
• Assist in supplier negotiation and contracting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across offices, factories, and procurement teams.

About The Job

Are you passionate about procurement, building strong relationships, and turning data into meaningful insights? Are you a Bachelor or master's student with a major in procurement or business management? Do you have a good set of convincing skills and an analytic mindset? Join us as our new BENELUX Indirect Procurement Intern in our Hoofddorp office starting December/January 2026!

You will be part of the Benelux procurement team and support the team with projects in the categories of HR & marketing procurement.

You will be involved within the full scope of procurement activities such as:

• Spend & scope analysis
• Gathering requirements
• Tender
• Stakeholder alignment
• Supplier negotiation
• Contracting

Within this intern role you will have many opportunities to engage with stakeholders in offices and factories, as well as within the procurement department, the European, Global, and buying desk teams.

About You

As a procurement intern, SAP programs and Orchestration tools will be second nature to you. You can balance projects well and have a way with managing different stakeholders. On top of that? You’re a proactive person with a good set of convincing skills who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

Key requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• In the case of non-EU citizens, it is mandatory to provide a 3-party internship agreement signed by your university;
• Ideally available to start in December/January for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written; Dutch or French is considered as a plus;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
