Job summary

Danone zoekt een Campus Recruitment Intern om talent acquisition en employer branding in Nederland te versterken. Je beheert intern recruitmentprocessen, bent het aanspreekpunt voor stagiaires en co-ontwerpt activiteiten om interns met elkaar en Danone te verbinden.

De stage biedt een hybride werkomgeving, een competitieve stagevergoeding en mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling in een internationaal bedrijf met meer dan 140 nationaliteiten.

Qualifications

• Ingeschreven als bachelor- of masterstudent voor de gehele duur van de stage.
• Inwoner van Nederland met een geldig BSN-nummer.
• Voor non-EU-studenten moet de universiteit een driepartijen-overeenkomst met Danone tekenen.
• Beschikbaar vanaf januari/februari 2027 voor 6–8 maanden, 4 of 5 dagen per week.
• Vloeiende beheersing van Engels en Nederlands.

Responsibilities

• Beheren van meerdere stagewervingsprocessen van begin tot eind.
• Functie als contactpersoon voor de stagiairs en bieden van begeleiding en onboarding informatie.
• Samen met de andere campus recruitment-intern verantwoordelijk voor de engagerende kalender en community-activiteiten.
• Promoten van Danone op universiteiten door contact te leggen met relevante docenten en evenementen bij te wonen/te organiseren.
• Bijdragen aan employer branding-initiatieven zoals contentcreatie, vacaturevideo's en social media.

Have you always wanted to gain HR experience in a multinational company while discovering the exciting fields of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding? Are you looking for an experience where you can put your organizational skills to the test? join our team in January/February 2027 as our new Campus Recruitment Intern!

You will be a part of a large international team responsible for Talent Acquisition for Danone in the Netherlands, and within this you will be part of the smaller team of 5, Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding team.Your focus will be on the recruitment and engagement of interns where you will have a lot of ownership and responsibility.

So, what will your main responsibilities be?

• Managingmultiple intern recruitment processes from beginning to end (job intake with the hiring manager, writing engaging & appealing job ads, screening CV’s and managing the communication between candidates and future line managers);
• Being the main contactperson for the newly hired interns (providing them with guidance, onboarding information etc.);
• Co-own with the other campus recruitment intern the Intern Engagement Calendar, managing monthly community building activities (such as lunches and workshops) and creating new concepts to help interns get to know each other and Danone;
• Promote Danone at universities by connecting with relevant course leaders to advertise roles and attending/hosting relevant events to meet with students;
• Contribute to different employer branding initiatives, like creating content, making vacancy video’s and the use of social media;

On top of this, you will also have the possibility to get involved in different projects in recruitment, intern engagement and employer branding according to your development needs and passion as well as a chance to connect with other HR departments.

Over Jou

You are a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field. You are highly motivated, proactive and like to challenge yourself and try new things. You are able to bring structure and organize yourself in order to manage many different projects and vacancies at the same time.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in January/February 2027 for 6-8 months, 4 or 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Able to work from our Hoofddorp, Utrecht and Rijswijk offices at least 2 days per week (different office every week).
