Job summary

Trivium Packaging in the Netherlands seeks a Supply Planner BU Specialty to translate demand into production plans across our factory network and ensure OTIF while maintaining optimal inventory.

You will collaborate across manufacturing, demand planning, raw material planning, sales and customers, lead monthly supply reviews, and drive continuous improvement within a global leader in sustainable metal packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning or a similar supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to drive change and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining weekly production plans across multiple production sites.
• Optimizing inventory levels while safeguarding product availability.
• Managing slow-moving and obsolete stock together with commercial teams.
• Monitoring supply chain performance and driving corrective actions when KPIs fall below target.
• Leading monthly Supply Reviews as part of the S&OP process.
• Preparing scenarios and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Collaborating with customers to improve planning accuracy and service levels.
• Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing phase-in and phase-out projects for products and customers.
• Participating in and leading supply chain improvement projects across the Business Unit.
