Job summary

EAE Solutions BV is hiring for a senior Supply Chain & Procurement professional to optimize supply chain processes, manage supplier relationships, and drive efficiency across procurement, warehousing, and logistics. You will lead improvement projects and professionalize the SCM function in an international environment.

Key focus areas include developing strategies, optimizing operations, and aligning demand, capacity, and inventory with procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
• Proven experience in strategic procurement and project management
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems, WMS, and process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a future‑proof supply chain strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives
• Optimize the end-to-end flow of goods, from procurement through to delivery
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and negotiate contracts and framework agreements
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and areas for improvement across the supply chain
• Conduct market research, supplier analyses, and risk assessments
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to supply chain and supplier performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively align demand, capacity, inventory management, and procurement
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management processes
• Identify supply chain risks and develop appropriate mitigation measures
• Lead and manage improvement projects across the warehouse and supply chain organization
• Design and implement process optimization and automation initiatives
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement methodologies
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver project objectives on time and within budget
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify and implement efficiency improvements
• Optimize inventory management, material flows, and logistics processes
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve overall supply chain performance
• Report project results, KPIs, and progress to senior management

In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes and further professionalizing our logistics and operations organization. You will combine strategic supply chain responsibilities with hands‑on project management, focusing on improvement initiatives across procurement, warehouse management, logistics, and operational processes.

A significant part of your role will involve developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing procurement activities. In parallel, you will drive efficiency, process optimization, and the continued professionalization of our warehouse operations and Supply Chain Management (SCM) function.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management & Strategic Procurement

Your Profile
