Mujin Europe is expanding its European operations and seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to own the entire supply flow—from sourcing and purchasing to inventory management and warehouse operations. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers and leadership to build scalable processes.

In this role you’ll create RFQs, source components for new projects, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure accurate stock levels in the system.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a combination of these.
• Affinity with technology, engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Structured and hands-on way of working.
• The confidence to work independently and take ownership.
• Eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in English. Dutch is a very big plus.

Aufgaben

• Managing the purchasing process from RFQ to purchase order.

• Receiving incoming deliveries and checking materials for quality and completeness.
• Supporting project teams by ensuring materials are available when needed.
• Helping build and improve supply chain processes as the European organisation continues to grow.

To support that growth, we're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist who wants to take ownership of the entire supply flow; from sourcing and purchasing to inventory management and warehouse operations.

Your role

This is a broad role with a lot of responsibility and visibility. You'll work closely with engineers, project managers and leadership while helping build processes that can support the next phase of growth.

One day you're creating RFQs and sourcing components for a new customer project. The next you're checking incoming deliveries, coordinating a shipment, or making sure inventory levels are accurate in the system.

Your responsibilities include:
