Job summary

Huxley Netherlands is seeking an experienced European Procurement Process Owner to drive optimization and governance of end-to-end procurement processes across a large international FMCG organization.

You will own S2C and P2P processes, partner with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to simplify processes, strengthen controls, improve user adoption, and deliver measurable business value across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Procurement Excellence, Procurement Transformation, Process Improvement, or Procurement Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Proven experience with process governance, controls, policies, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Experience working in complex international matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Experience with ERP systems, procurement technology, process mining, automation, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the European procurement process framework across S2C and P2P.
• Drive process standardization, policy compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and improve procurement KPIs, user experience, compliance, and efficiency.
• Develop process documentation, governance frameworks, RACIs, and operating models.
• Support procurement digitalization, workflow automation, and process optimization projects.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
• Partner with Finance and audit teams to strengthen controls and remediation activities.

Working in a complex international environment, you will partner closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Shared Services, and Digital teams to simplify processes, strengthen controls, improve user adoption, and deliver measurable business value.
