Job summary

Kramp seeks an Analytics Business Partner to drive data-driven initiatives across the AI&T and Category & Buying domains, collaborating with senior leaders to set priorities and deliver actionable insights.

You will lead end-to-end transformation projects, steward data, analytics, and AI initiatives, and work with procurement and category teams on performance improvements within Kramp's international footprint.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in analytics, strategy, or change-management with proven data-driven transformation experience.
  • Strong business understanding including Category Management, Procurement and Product Management; B2B wholesale experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with data analytics and BI reporting; code literacy is a plus.
  • Fluent English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be the right-hand to the VP of Category & Buying and ensure collaboration with Commerce leadership and project alignment.

Job description

The Analytics Business Partner drives cross-functional teams on data-driven projects to create lasting impact at Kramp. They will collaborate directly with the Director of Analytics, Insights, and Transformation (AI&T) as well as other commercial leaders in order to set priorities, execute projects, and lead the cross-domain analysis work to deliver real actions and changes. Serving as the “action arm” of the AI&T department, the Analytics Business Partner will be an advocate for the importance of data, analytics, and AI in decision making across Kramp, serving as the senior representative of AI&T within strategic projects. Within the AI&T department, the Analytics Business Partner is responsible for facilitating internal collaboration amongst the various teams as well as the learning and development growth of the department’s project- and change-management capabilities.

Your role

In 2026, a key strategic priority of Kramp will be to harvest the value from the recent transformation of the commercial organization into Category & Buying teams. The Analytics Business Partner will play a pivotal role in ensuring Kramp becomes more performance oriented using data, analytics, and AI to identify business opportunities, set priorities, and define actions for implementation.

Your Specific Tasks Include
  • Sit as part of the Management Team of the Category & Buying domain, providing input into priorities and strategic initiatives and maintaining frequent updates and alignment with Category and Procurement Directors.
  • Be the “right-hand” to the VP of Category & Buying, Directors and Heads of Categories as they pursue their commercial objectives, ensuring close collaboration with Commerce leadership and alignment of projects with commercial priorities and organizational support.
  • Work alongside Procurement and Category managers and their teams as key users, facilitating them with data, analytics and AI to accelerate their performance and enable stronger data-driven decision making.
  • Lead data-driven transformation projects end-to-end, including strategic priority setting with leadership, project planning and resourcing, leading analysis and interfacing with internal and external teams for input, day-to-day project management and execution, stakeholder management and implementation.
  • Advocate and educate business leaders on the importance of data, analytics and insights in decision making, while facilitating stronger connections between Category & Buying and the AI&T department.
Your team

You will be part of the Analytics, Insights & Transformation (AI&T) department and work closely with the Director of Analytics, Insights & Transformation and other analytics professionals. As Analytics Business Partner, you will be the key link between AI&T and the Category & Buying organization, working closely with senior commercial stakeholders as well as Procurement and Category teams.

  • You will work closely with the Director of Analytics, Insights & Transformation and the broader AI&T organization.
  • You will partner with the VP of Category & Buying, Directors, Heads of Categories and Procurement and Category managers.
  • You will facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and specialist teams across analytics, data and AI.
  • The role has a broad international and cross-functional scope, working with colleagues across Kramp.
Who are you?
  • 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in project- and change-management, business analysis, data analytics, and/or strategy consulting, with proven experience leading data-driven transformation projects and delivering commercial and financial results.
  • Strong business and commercial understanding, including sound knowledge of business operations and commercial concepts such as Category Management, Procurement and Product Management, with deep knowledge of the B2B wholesale industry; agricultural experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in data analytics and BI reporting; code literacy is a plus.
  • People leadership and stakeholder management experience, including leading small- and mid-sized teams, with strong relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills, intercultural awareness, sensitivity and the ability to operate as an independent thinker.
  • Fluent English; any other European languages are a plus. A Master’s degree in Business, such as Economics, Business Administration or Business Engineering, is a plus.
