Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Supplier Relations Manager in Amsterdam to oversee European supplier relationships and sourcing activities, driving efficiency and competitive costs. You will work with internal teams and suppliers to reduce landed costs and manage risks through data-driven decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in supply chain/procurement across Europe, with English fluency and BI, SAP, and MRP experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, operations or related field.
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement experience across Europe.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Nice to have German, Dutch, French or Spanish speaking.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Packsize corrugated board suppliers—negotiate price, terms and contracts.
  • Analyze supply chain costs to reduce landed costs for customers.
  • Collaborate with Quality Engineers to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Develop Supply Chain solutions to resolve Customer Operations challenges.
  • Lead quarterly Board Reviews with supplier executives.
  • Prepare for peak demand surges by identifying supply risks in advance.
