You will work closely with internal teams and strategic suppliers to drive operational efficiency, manage risks, and support business growth through data-driven decision-making.What you’ll doManage Packsize corrugated board suppliers- negotiating price, terms, and contractsManage suppliers of glue, tape, and labels used in packagingAnalyze supply chain costs to reduce landed costs for each customerCollaborate with Quality Engineers to ensure customer expectations are metDevelop Supply Chain solutions to resolve Customer Operations challengesDevelop risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with Account ManagersUtilize Business Intelligence tools to generate data-driven insights and create reportsCreate volume forecast by region and by supplierLead Quarterly Board Reviews with executives from corrugated suppliersCollaborate with Account Managers to implement service and delivery solutionsUpdate quarterly corrugated costs using paper indexPrepare for peak demand surges by identifying supply risks in advanceWhat you’ll needDemonstrates strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear, concise, and impactful messages to Sales Leaders, Packsize Executives, and Supplier Executives.Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related fieldRepresent Supply Chain functions in Europe by communicating professionally and developing working relationships with Quality, Customer Operations, and Sales5+ years of Supply Chain/Procurement experience, with proven experience working across multiple European countries.Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)Nice to haveGerman, Dutch, French, or Spanish SpeakingAdvanced proficiency in business intelligence tools, MRP systems, and SAPOpportunity & Inclusion at PacksizePacksize is committed to creating and maintaining a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
