• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded with patience and flexibility.
• Good listener who can genuinely listen to customers.
• Customer oriented approach with a passion for styling.
• Interest in fashion and retail; experience in service-oriented industries is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, welcome them, and explain brand and store concept.
• Advise on products, fit, quality and heritage with confidence.
• Provide expert styling tips and ensure right sizes for customers.
• Elevate the shopping experience, including tailoring and offering refreshments.
• Keep the store looking its best inside and out.
