Job summary

MR MARVIS is seeking a Style Advisor in the Netherlands to help customers find their perfect (out)fit with a personal touch. Welcome guests, advise on products and sizes, and provide inspiring styling tips to enhance the shopper's journey.

You’ll keep the store looking its best, offer extras like tailoring or a coffee, and enjoy a young, fast-growing fashion environment. Join a brand known for slow fashion and a strong online-to-offline presence.

Qualifications

Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable.
A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer.
Customer oriented.
Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products.
Interested in Fashion and Retail and MR MARVIS; hospitality or retail experience is a plus.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection.
Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection; you are knowledgeable and exude confidence.
Providing expert advice with confidence and pride; finding the right sizes and offering styling tips.
Going the extra mile to elevate the shopping experience, including tailoring adjustments or offering a coffee.
Ensuring the store always looks its best inside and out.
