MR MARVIS is looking for a Style Advisor in Laren, Netherlands. In this role, you will help customers find their perfect fit, offer tailored styling advice, and create a welcoming atmosphere in-store.

About the Job

As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.

Typical Duties

• Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection.
• Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection, followed by providing confidence.
• Providing expert advice, including finding the right sizes and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
• Going the extra mile to elevate the customer’s shopping experience — whether that’s pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
• Ensuring the store always looks its best – inside and out.

Candidate Profile

• Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, and patient, flexible and presentable.
• A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer.
• Customer oriented.
• Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products.
• Interested in fashion and retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS; experience in a service‑oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
